As the 2009 subscription ran out, I noticed there is only an option to renew the subscription online. There isn’t a button for upload new software. So when I entered the new 2010 disk into the drive, I wasn’t surprised when the 2009 program didn’t recognize it! Oh, great… 1-star review was right! Annoyingly, I had to uninstall the 2009 first and then upload my 2010. I was a little shocked and annoyed that the program didn’t recognize it and uninstall and upload it automatically. So it was an annoying extra step. I was a little annoyed but not angered. The product has a new window appearance. I am guessing it’s the same functionality.
